2. Explore the Dashboard Overview
    The dashboard displays an overview of your recent activities, including RFQs, messages, and any alerts related to your business. “What key features should I focus on in the dashboard?” Focus on your Activity Feed, Notifications, and Quick Links for easy navigation.

3. Navigate to Different Sections

    Use the advanced search feature to find the products and services you need. “How do I search effectively for the products I need?” Use filters to narrow down results based on category, location, and other preferences.

3. Messaging and Communication
    Communicate directly with sellers through the platform's messaging system.“How do I send and manage messages with sellers?” Access your messages through the dashboard and keep track of all your conversations.

1. Create and Manage Product Listings

B2B Mineral keeps you updated with notifications for new RFQs, messages, and other activities. But how can you manage your notifications and messages effectively?


Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Notifications

1. Access Your Notifications
    Notifications about new RFQs, messages, and other platform activities are available in the top-right corner of your dashboard. “Where can I find my notifications?” Look for the bell icon in the header and click it to view updates.

2. Customize Your Notification Settings
    You can customize the types of notifications you receive to suit your preferences. “How do I manage what notifications I get?” Go to Settings and select Notifications to toggle the types of alerts you want to receive.

3. Check and Respond to Messages
    Messages from buyers, sellers, or service providers will be shown in the Messages section of your dashboard. “How do I check and respond to messages?” Click on the Messages tab to view and reply to your conversations in real time.

4. Mark Messages as Read or Unread
    Keep track of important conversations by marking them as read or unread. “How do I mark messages as unread?” Right-click on any message in the list to mark it for follow-up later.
